Why are you by appointment only?
Bold Boutique operates by appointment to give you a personalized, relaxed, and private shopping experience.
Our boutique space is intentionally cozy and curated. By booking ahead, you get:
- One-on-one attention
- Privacy when trying on lingerie or shopping for products
- Time to ask questions comfortably
- A no-pressure environment
- A smoother building entry experience (we’re located inside a shared building)
It also allows us to balance events, family life, and running the online shop while still giving each client the attention they deserve.
Appointments can often be arranged the same day, just reach out.
Where are you located?
We are located in Owen Sound, Ontario, inside the Murray's Tools building at 1190 2nd Ave E – 3rd Floor
There is signage on the main door and near the boutique space. Because we’re inside a shared building, visits must be prearranged.
What do you specialize in?
We have a large focus on lingerie from everyday confidence pieces to bold statement looks.
BUT we also carry both online and in store:
- Novelties & gifts
- Body-safe toys
- Sensual accessories
- Wellness products
- Select pleasure essentials

Do you still sell toys?
Yes. We continue to carry curated, body-safe pleasure products and accessories.
However, our in-boutique selection is increasingly lingerie-forward. We focus on quality, fit, comfort, and pieces that help you feel incredible in your own skin.
Can I try lingerie on?
Yes (with some rules) and that’s one of the perks of booking an appointment.
Our space includes a designated lingerie corner with a privacy divider so you can shop comfortably. We’ll help with sizing, fit questions, and recommendations if you want support or give you space if you prefer to browse quietly.
Do you host parties or events?
Yes! We host:
- In-your-home parties
- Private shopping events
- Small group experiences
- Local pop-up collaborations around Owen Sound
Events are playful, educational, and focused on empowerment and comfort not awkward sales pressure.

Is everything 18+?
Yes. Bold Boutique is strictly for adults 18+. We do not sell to minors.
Can I just drop in?
Because we are inside a shared building and our space is small, we do not offer regular drop-in hours usually. We will post on our social media pages when we have drop-in times available.
The easiest way to shop is to message or text to book.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. Online orders are shipped discreetly. In-person appointments are private and confidential. Your comfort is a priority.
How do I book an appointment?
You can:
Appointments are flexible and often available within the hour when we’re in town.
Is everything on the website available in the boutique?
No. Not everything on the website is physically in-store.
Our website has expanded quite a bit and includes additional pieces that we can:
- Special order
- Drop ship directly to you
- Bring into the boutique upon request
This allows us to offer far more options than our cozy space can physically hold.
If you’re hoping to see or try something specific in person, just reach out ahead of your appointment and we’ll let you know if it’s in stock. We are also happy to order items in prior to you visiting so it is already here for you.
If something needs to be ordered, how long does it take?
Most special orders arrive in approximately one week.
Occasionally, timing may vary slightly depending on the supplier, but we’ll always communicate clearly and keep you updated.
If you’re shopping for something time-sensitive (a trip, event, birthday, honeymoon, etc.), let us know and we’ll guide you toward in-stock pieces or confirm timelines before ordering.
