All orders are processed in the order received.
Processing times vary depending on product availability and fulfillment method. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays beyond the estimated timeframes provided below.
2. Fulfillment Methods & Estimated Timelines
Bold Boutique offers multiple fulfillment options depending on the product ordered:
A. In-Stock Items (Shipped from Boutique)

Delivered within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment (Canada-wide)

Local pickup or Owen Sound delivery: typically within 24 hours if in stock
B. Drop-Ship Items (Shipped Directly from Supplier)

These items ship separately from boutique-stocked items
C. Order-to-Boutique (Shipped to Bold Boutique First)
Some products must first be shipped to Bold Boutique before being forwarded to the customer.

If an order requires a different timeline than outlined above, Bold Boutique will communicate this at the time of ordering or as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product location and supplier fulfillment. Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and fulfillment source.
Local delivery fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or communicated directly.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain packaging without revealing branding or product descriptions. Billing statements will appear under Bold Boutique or the associated payment processor.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Bold Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
8. Carrier Responsibility & Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bold Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or delivery issues.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will assist where reasonably possible.
9. Communication
If fulfillment timelines differ from the estimates above, customers will be notified at the time of purchase or as soon as reasonably possible.
