Refund policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, Bold Boutique maintains strict return and exchange guidelines. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Panties and intimate bottoms

Opened or used toys

Opened personal care products

Clearance or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
This policy is in place for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
2. Lingerie Exchanges
Lingerie (excluding panties) may be exchanged under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn and unwashed

Original tags must be attached

The protective liner (if applicable) must be intact

The item must not show signs of wear, deodorant marks, fragrance, or washing

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt or pickup
For health reasons, lingerie that has had panties tried on is not eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval at the discretion of Bold Boutique.
Refunds are not issued for lingerie unless required under Canadian consumer protection laws.
3. Adult Toys
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened toys cannot be returned or exchanged at the boutique level.

Many toys include a manufacturer warranty.
If a toy is defective:

Notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We will assist in directing you to the manufacturer warranty process where applicable.
Warranty coverage, duration, and approval are determined solely by the manufacturer.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Provide photos and order details.
In accordance with Canadian consumer law, defective products may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible.
5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
6. Inspection & Approval
All eligible returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without authorization may be refused.
Bold Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
7. Local Purchases
In-store, pickup, and local delivery purchases are subject to the same return guidelines.
